arista's heart is an item that allows the player to resurrect. the item has five charges total.

Wow, I didn't even know what was on the lottery! That's awesome, I have never seen one in game before. So it gives you the ability to ressurect another person or you can use it if you die? I assume it's so you can ressurect someone else. If this is the case then I won't train shaman on Rubenn me thinks... Can it only be found by herbalising?

i assume, carrik, that it allows you to resurrect someone else. i've never used one. and i harvested the arista's heart. i think it was previously an event prize.
